Typical components sourced and supported for UK clients
Capable of producing large and complex components in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Sand casting offers excellent flexibility in size and design, making it ideal for pump housings, valve bodies, engine blocks, and machinery parts.
The Investment casting process produces castings in a high variety of alloys including Carbon and Stainless steels, Nickel alloys, Copper base alloys and aluminium grades
High-pressure die casting delivers excellent surface finish, tight dimensional tolerances, and high production rates. Ideal for thin-walled complex components in aluminium and zinc alloys, applications such as automotive , electronic housings, lighting fixtures, and consumer product components
Also known as lost-wax casting, this process excels at producing highly intricate, precise parts with excellent surface finish and minimal machining requirements. Commonly used for aerospace components, turbine blades, medical instruments, and high-performance engineering parts.
