Cast-Link is delighted to announce its appointment as the official UK representative for Modtech India, a globally recognised manufacturer of advanced equipment and automation systems for the investment casting industry.
As part of this strategic partnership, Tony Buckland has been appointed UK Director for Modtech India. With more than 45 years of experience in the global foundry and investment casting sector, Tony brings extensive technical, commercial and sourcing expertise to support UK customers with both new capital equipment projects and process improvements.
The partnership combines Cast-Link’s local industry knowledge and customer support with Modtech’s innovative engineering capabilities, enabling UK investment foundries to benefit from direct access to a comprehensive range of equipment including wax injection machines, ceramic shelling systems, robotic automation, material handling solutions and complete turnkey foundry projects.
In addition to supplying new equipment, Cast-Link and Modtech will work closely with UK manufacturers to identify opportunities for process optimisation, productivity improvements, equipment refurbishment and future expansion programmes.
